Welcome to Poplar Class.

My name is Miss Coupe and I will be teaching Poplar Class this year. We have had a fantastic start to the school year and I’m very excited to see how we all progress over this school year. We also have Mrs Tauber in our class this year who is our teaching assistant. On a Wednesday afternoon Miss Roylance will be teaching RE, Spanish and Music. In Autumn 1 we have been working hard learning about:

• Newspaper reports
• Twisted Fairytales
• Addition and subtraction
• Decimal points
• Statistics
• Length and perimeter
• Place value
